And the Birthday Continues...

My sweet, sweet boy is now a very grown up 4 year old. We were lucky enough to celebrate Logan's birthday up at the Orliczkys' cozy cabin. And what better way to begin Logan's life as a 4 year old then with a heart shaped chocolate cake, made with love by God-mommy Nadine.

Lo blows out his four candles, it took several attempts, but they were finally all out.

These two were so cute the entire weekend, they played like little friends, having conversations and giggling. It was so fun to watch. If you want to see more of our weekend with Sylvie you will have to check out her blog too!

Thomas is known for making tunnels in the snow (for fun) outside the cabin. In fact I found a picture of a very young Thomas inside a tunnel just like this one that he built for Lo and Sylvie.

And of course nothing is better that a good afternoon sled. Here is my little daredevil heading down the hill all alone and loving every freaking minute of it!

And here we are together. I was way more scared than he was.
Happy Birthday little Man! And big thanks to Nadine, Thomas, Sylvie and pizza head for inviting us up to the cabin for a Valentines/birthday celebration.

Lo's Birthday

Logan Michael is now 4 years old!!

I know that every mother feels that time with her baby just flies by, but seriously how did he go from this tiny little person in the hospital...

To a big 4 year old who gets a BIKE for his birthday!!

There is lots of celebrating to do for this momentous occasion, and the fun has already started!!

First, Daddy and Granny planned a party for Logan where he got to decorate his very own cake

Here is Granny helping...

Here is Mom helping...

And apparently its Mom who needs the help decorating. I was under the impression that having a child would give me all these amazing new talents including cake decoration, I was wrong!

And of course Daddy and Logan.

The next day Lo and I came home to a mysterious package...

what could it be????? It looks like it is from "Tim"!

A new backpack for hiking! And its a total hit, it has already been back and forth to school several times.

to finish up the celebration Lo and I decided to make some play-doh

blue play-doh is a great way to end any day!

Happy New Year!!

Somehow this holiday season has slipped by without any updates to the blog!! We did it all though, Christmas, New Years the whole bit, but it didn't really get recorded the way I like (camera took a small vacation) and honestly it flew by! And holy cow here we are in February. So....

Here is the beginning of our Christmas tree...

And Happy New Year!
There is a huge gap in photos here, sorry folks, 2010 will be a great year for blogging, its a resolution ;)
